Kuen Jin “Jerry” Yee is a lifelong New Yorker, raised in Queens, New York, with nearly three decades of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career in real estate in 1997 and has since built a reputation grounded in integrity, discipline, and long-term relationship building.

Jerry is the Owner and Principal of Four Seasons of NY Inc., a full-service real estate brokerage, as well as 4 Seasons International Management Inc., a comprehensive property management firm. Through these companies, he oversees brokerage, management, and advisory services across residential and investment properties, bringing a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every asset under management.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Jerry works comfortably across cultures and markets, allowing him to serve a diverse client base with clarity and trust. His multicultural background and language capabilities are a natural extension of his New York roots and have been instrumental in building lasting partnerships.
